I've been working on this for about 30 minutes so far... :) using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008. It is currently an EXTREMELY basic web browser that I will be adding features to. If you are familiar with the BASIC language, then e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll send you the visual basic project file.

Save it to your desktop. The current build requires no installation. Just hit "Run" when you first use it.
